Z0lver [read: solver] is a cross-platform compatible electromagnetics application (emag app) for designing, analyzing, fabricating, and sharing RF/microwave printed circuits such as filters, antennas, and other devices. As an interactive tool, it integrates schematic capture, a high frequency circuit Z0lver, and advanced layout features into a seamless experience suitable for hobbyists, students, and experts alike. The first step in unleashing your creativity is through the 'build' view, where you can quickly create and edit schematics of your circuit design using lumped components and microstrip or stripline transmission lines, or import devices using industry-standard techniques. Next, you can test drive your design in the 'eval' view using the powerful S-parameter simulation engine and utilize Z0lver s responsive features to tweak performance or discover other attributes of behavior in the frequency or time domain. Finally, since making is everything, create the physical layouts using best-practice guidelines and export impedance-controlled printed circuit traces in the 'make' view that are ready to be fabricated, tested, and used in the real world to enable you next great wireless innovation.
